If Reign and Conquest are both less than 20, you will get the normal ending and cannot play Chapter 8.
If Reign is at least 20 and Conquest is less than 20, you will get the Law route.
If Conquest is at least 20 and Reign is less than 20, you will get the Chaos route.
If Conquest is at least 30, you will get the Chaos route regardless of your Reign value.
If Reign is at least 20 and Conquest is at least 20 but less than 30, you can choose between the three.

Law Endings[]
The Law ending itself, irrespective of the goddesses, has two variations depending on whether your Reign or Conquest is higher.
Additionally, regardless of which goddess ending you pick, you will get an additional scene with Fena if she has at least 8 Affection, and another one if she has at least 12. (Note that reaching more than 11 Affection points on Fena requires corrupting Tyrca or Rigret.)
The Odin endings in the Law route are unavailable in the Chaos route.
The Demon Sisters ending gives Hel, Fenrir, and Jorm extra skills in New Game Plus.
Tyrca Good Ending: Culmination of Bonds
If Tyrca is not corrupted and has at least 6 affection, select "Meet Tyrca" in The Night Before during Final Chapter: Apocalyptic Destruction Deity
Tyrca Corrupted Ending: Palace of the Empress
If Tyrca is corrupted and has at least 6 affection, select "Meet Tyrca" in The Night Before during Final Chapter: Apocalyptic Destruction Deity
Freya Good Ending: Intended Future
If Freya is not corrupted and has at least 6 affection, select "Meet Freya" in The Night Before during Final Chapter: Apocalyptic Destruction Deity

Odin Corrupted Ending: Berserk Deity
If Odin is corrupted and has at least 6 affection, select "Meet Odin" in The Night Before during Final Chapter: Apocalyptic Destruction Deity
Demon Sisters Ending: The Three Guard Dogs
If Hel, Fenrir, and Jorm all have at least 6 affection, select "Meet the 3 Demon Sisters" in The Night Before during Final Chapter: Apocalyptic Destruction Deity
Chaos Endings[]
Unlike with the Law endings, you do not simply choose a Chaos ending; it is decided for you based on conditions you've fulfilled.
However, these conditions are easy to work around. In fact, if you go into Chapter 8 with Fena at 8+ Affection, everyone else at 6+ Affection, and all goddesses corrupted, and then without doing any Call events play through Chapter 8 until the enemy is down to one building, you will have a save file one battle away from the epilogue which is still capable of getting any of the three Conquest route-exclusive endings.
Odin Ending: God's Fate
Complete the Chapter 8 events for corrupted Tyrca, Freya, Thor, and Rigret, and choose to turn all of them into mad goddesses. (Requires that they are all corrupted and at 6+ Affection going into Chapter 8.)
Fena & Menia Ending: Two Sisters
The above ending condition must not be fulfilled.
Complete the Chapter 8 event for Fena. (Requires that Fena is at 8+ Affection going into Chapter 8.)
Harem Ending: Conqueror's Banquet
The above ending conditions must not be fulfilled.
Have Tyrca, Freya, Thor, Rigret, Odin, Fena, Hel, Fenrir, and Jorm all at 6+ Affection. (Fena might need 8+)
The rest
If none of the above ending conditions are fulfilled, the next in line is the same Demon Sisters ending requiring 6+ Affection on all three sisters as in the Law route, then the individual goddess endings (sans Odin's).
