Rooms cannot be built while enemies are in them or if the floor is under enemy control. Building a room takes up one turn phase. 耐久度 (Durability) for each room is increased by 10% for each construction rank (+60% durability at rank 6). As you increase construction rank you will gain new floors. To ease comparability, durability is listed as if every building was constructable at rank 0. Previously built rooms do not gain increased max durability from construction rank increase. Rooms automatically become ガレキの間 when their durability becomes 0. Cost increases by 10% for each number of rooms of the same type you already have. Unsure what Maze does, possibly makes enemies less likely to find the exit of the floor?
