Similar to the previous installment, VenusBlood -GAIA-, units in this game can have up to 16 total skills, up to 8 starting skills, 2 more from Tactica usage, up to 4 additional skills from equipping items, and finally another 2 skills from being assigned as Division leader. There are total of 22 skills categories in this game.
